Maria's story
“I wish I had done this 10 years ago and not wasted so much time and energy on things that would never have worked. Body Smart is the best decision I ever made in relation to my health and fitness.” said Maria.
Maria is a scientist working in the area of nutrition and a global marketing director for a multinational company.
“Ironically, nutrition has always been a struggle for me. I have never been able to lose more than a few pounds at a time. Almost every week, I was trying some new plan to shed the lbs but it never lasted.” she said.
“The mental weight of always trying and never succeeding was really weighing me down. I didn’t want to continue through my forties feeling this way.”
