🧡 “I have changed other people’s lives by telling them my story.” Said Angela, who has crushed her goals and maintained her results.
🧎♀️ Angela is a physician working long hours who was suffering with chronic knee pain. “Life for me was just passing by I was going through the motions. I was either taking medicine or putting heat on my knees and I knew I couldn’t do that for the rest of my life. I had no energy; I went to work came home and crashed.”
😞 “I have struggled for 30 years. I was embarrassed that I did not know how to fix it. I felt there was a ton of information but I didn’t know how to make it work for me. I work long hours and have stress every single day. I learned so much about nutrition, stress management and how my perfectionism was harming me.”
👯♀️ Ange was paired with coach Kelly who said, “Ange has been so committed to the BSF programme, and it has been a perfectly imperfect journey, just as we would hope and expect. Being less perfect is one of the big things we’ve been working on, and it has allowed Ange to be super realistic and committed.
“Ange now trains like a complete badass. I know she is a total inspiration to her daughter, who has supported her through this process, and I am honoured to be walking this journey alongside her. My soul sister, I am SO proud of you.”
🗣 Ange had this to say about coach Kelly, “Kelly has been my Godsend it’s almost as if she is in my head hearing my thoughts sometimes. She really cares and takes the time to help me figure out why something is not working. I couldn’t ask for someone better. She has helped build my foundation bit by bit and we are still working. Love her to pieces.”
🧠 Asked what was different with BSF, she said, “Holy cow it has been phenomenal. I learned so much about my mindset I’m still learning not only with nutrition and fitness but just life! I learn something new all the time and it is eye-opening.”
🏆 Angela has completed what we think is the most important part of the transformation process – the ‘reverse diet’ phase.
👯♀️ This is where, with the careful support of Kelly, Angela’s calories were gradually increased to maintenance levels. So she now eats more and is loving her new life!
💪 “I am strong. I can take stress and change it into a win for myself. I eat real food and have lost so much weight. I use exercise as my stress reducer and I freaking love it. I wear clothes I never thought possible.” Said Angela.

🥲 “I found me. I had no idea who I was, what I enjoyed, how to cope. Food was my go to, to make me feel better and actually it didn’t it made me feel worse I was in a cycle of eat and then feel bad.”
🧠 “My soul sister Kelly is in my head. She kicked my butt when I needed it and truly was a friend when I needed it. She helped me figure out my stress relief is exercise not food. It was mind blowing how much it has helped me. Journaling has changed my attitude.” ✍️
When asked what she would say to anyone thinking of coaching, Ange said:
💪 , “My advice is don’t sit back and watch Instagram for six months like I did. There is no “good time” to do it. Everyone in the company is personable and professional and truly cares. I am so thankful every day I did this but I wish I had done it sooner.”
🤩 “You are worthy of feeling good. Think of all of the CRAP we spend money on everyday that does nothing for us, this is worth it. This will change your life, I feel like I am a better person. Do it o it now don’t wait don’t be miserable. You are worth it.”
