Alix reached out for help at a point in her life she felt hopeless. The only way she thought she could lose weight was by restricting carbs and doing a lot of cardio.
She was already a regular gym goer but was frustrated that she was paying PTs and not getting results. “I felt like I was paying them to be ‘workout buddies” and even though I told them my goals, there was no plan to get there. I feel like I wasted so much money and time,” said Alix.
